False bans

Hi guys, i've been getting banned for 3 days with the messege saying that i have some kind of software or hardware that isn't allowed. The support doesn't help as they only copy and paste the same messege. It started happening after i bought the Apex pro keyboard with the Rapid Trigger technology that is allowed (i asked the steelseries support). Anyway after first ban I turned Rapid Trigger off. And even after that I kept getting banned. I never cheated or tried to in any game. Im just trying to enjoy my time but for some reason i keep getting banned for 3 days. Anyone had the same issue and knows how to resolve it?

You may be lucky, some people got permabanned with the same keyboard.
If you do things that are only possible to do with some aid of a third party apparatus, the system will detect that and act accordingly.

I've had that keyboard for years, never had a problem with games but I also don't use the rapid trigger technology.

Once i got banned just because i downloaded Aim bot,Map hack and ESP, and ofc speed hack.
I mean come on why ban me for no reason?!?!

EDIT* I think because i bought a used-gaming chair that was used by a cheater

Anyway enjoy your 'False' ban Mr.Random number name and lvl 0 steam account.
