Its my third time that I am getting banned for 3 days and game says that I am using some kind of cheats. Support does not help. Does anyone have idea what can trigger this anticheat?

My friend had the same problem; he got banned for three days on his account and then on his brother's account to. While playing PUBG, he played another game simultaneously to farm a miner job (dofus). He thinks the reason for the ban was that he had to alt-tab multiple times quickly during the game because ever since he stopped doing that, he hasn’t been banned.
