Everyone I know, incl me has this on Sanhok, and Taego has big fps drops but no stutter. It's just a pubg thing afaik, yet some have no issues at all even with significantly older hardware.

TL;DR it's the developers who need to figure out what culprit is causing it, it's on their end.

My point exactly, my hardware is newer and higher specs, yet Sanhok is very stuttery at times for me. Seemingly not hardware bound at all but some obscure combination of hardware or system configurations.

I get microstutter, not bad at all but noticeable, tried everything. My hardware is recent, other games don't do it. I got less stutter with DX11 but that now does not even work on my machine, which is odd too.
