Well, I'm trying to think of ways the game could consume so much disk space. The game soundtrack has a fair amount of music, and most games use compressed audio to save space (especially console games). If they used uncompressed audio on this PC release, that could play into the game install size.
Still, 50 GB for this game is baffling. Sorry for the confusion. I edited the OP.
But being on a cable modem it took less than 2 hours tops at best.
Just enjoy the game for what it is, I know I am and its pretty bad ass for a 2017 edition of KI.
Just a guess.
I’ve often wondered the same thing.
I think I only have two other games that take up more space.
And 50Gb these days is nothing, rip your HDD I guess.
