Hi everyone, I've just purchased the game today and noticed there was a button for high scores, however when I click on it, it states servers are down. Is it even a thing in this game, to try and beat your own high score? If so I might as well refund and go for Tropico 6. Thanks in advance....

Almanac states I have 57 soldiers but the number on the mission is stuck at 16/20. What do I do to change this?
