People wont work
My people wont work. I raised salaries, they all have decent housing, when I hire experts from abroad for a building, they will come and shortly after they will leave the job again. Whats wrong? I have 30 unemployed people and no matter what i do with certain buildings, they sometimes hire people but they soon seem to leave their job again. Frustrating, since you pay money for hiring experts from abroad but they will always quit their jobs very soon, My church for example constantly lacks workers and I have already hired experts from abroad like 3-4 times for the church. The church has a good position, surrounded by housing, markets, bar, parking houses etc. I raised salaries for the church a lot already. I also have schools, but it should not affect experts from abroad anyways.

1. Check your population's happiness in the journal. Maybe they're lacking something else, like entertainment or healthcare?
2. Switch through the overlays, especially the "crime" and "pollution" ones to check if any areas are red.
3. For the priests, the religious faction's stance matters as well. If your relation with them is very bad, it'll affect everyone in the faction, and they may leave.
4. This is true for any faction, actually, so see if the others are okay, and work to improve their opinion of you. This can be done by fulfilling their wishes, or with those "exlamation mark" quests which pop up occassionally, or just bribe the faction leader.
