The game is now launching properly again for everyone!
Thanks to the help of our amazing QA testers (and your bug reports!), we've tracked down the major issue that affected launch stability. With 4 hotfixes rolled out since the Ebonhare Visage Item Chest update, the game is now running smoother and more stable than ever.

A huge thank you to the QAs and to you, the players, for your patience while we tackled this. Your support and feedback are what keep the skies alive.

We've just released two new bundles to give you more flexible ways to build your arsenal — and save while you're at it:

Ebonhare Hotfix 4 is now live!

This update should finally resolve the remaining launch issues. While our QA team is still reviewing the build, it’s been made public early as it already shows significant improvements in startup stability.

🙏 Thank you for your continued patience — and if you're still experiencing any launch problems, please reply here so we can investigate further.

⚠️ Note: In this version, your display resolution and full-screen preferences will not be saved between sessions. All other settings will remain intact. Simply set your preferred resolution on launch — we’ll be restoring proper saving of display settings in an upcoming update.

Hey Commanders! We’ve pushed out a quick hotfix to clean up a few rough edges and add some visual polish. Nothing huge, but we think you’ll feel the difference.

🛠️ What's New:
Engine Update – We've upgraded Unity to the latest version. This should resolve launch issues for some players and brings general stability boosts.

Camera Distance – Pulled back slightly (from 25 to 30) to give a better view of your surroundings and help those sprites be crisp.

Loading Screens – We've added even more loading screen artworks, and removed some that don't hit the standard.

Hero Light – Your hero now has a subtle glow around them on the map, like they're carrying a torch or some light magic.

Town Scene Tint – Adjusted the purple tone in the town scene in honor of the Ebonhare.

Town Visual Update
The town is now tinted purple in honor of the legendary Ebonhare Visage! A subtle visual tribute to those brave enough to stare into the abyss...

Steam Launch Fixes
We’ve made backend adjustments to resolve the issue with the game not launching properly from Steam for some players.
If you're still experiencing issues, we’ve added a Test Branch:
Right-click Sky Is Arrows in your Steam Library
Select Properties → Betas
Choose the "Test - Test" branch
This version disables most lights in the Town scene, which may help avoid crashes on certain setups. Launching directly via the .exe may also work in the meantime.

Cursor Size Fix
The in-game cursor is now much smaller and cleaner, especially during early game sequences. No more jumbo arrow!

Item Description Polish
We've cleaned up various item descriptions and flavor texts for clarity, grammar, and consistency across the game. Expect a smoother, more immersive experience!

We’ve been listening to your feedback and have identified the cause of the startup crashes on Windows—UnityCrashHandler.exe. We've now removed it from the latest build, which should allow affected players to launch the game without issues.

What to Do:
Make sure your game is updated, and if you still run into problems, try verifying your game files on Steam. (Uninstall and re-install is one option.)

Provides +2 Defence and grants your hero's attacks a chance to deal additional damage and cause fear, reducing accuracy and preventing enemies from benefiting from high Morale.

                                             Burrower's Lantern

Boosts your hero's health regeneration temporarily after battle and reduces damage taken from traps.

The light of the Warren reveals all, sparing none from its watchful gaze.

                                            Hopper's Warhammer

Provides +2 Attack and grants your hero's attacks a chance to stun enemies.

With a swing, the battlefield trembles and foes scatter like leaves in a storm.

                                             Mirrorblade

Provides +1 Luck and grants your hero a chance to reflect damage back to attackers.

Crafted from void-touched leather, its magic aids both preparation and execution.
