Playstation VR 2 controllers don't work

Hello, recently i got a Playstation VR 2, with the PS Sense controllers and the adapter to play on pc i have a computer with i9 13900k, 32gb ram, 4070 TI 12GB the game opens, i can look around on the controllers if i press the analog i can open the menu of the game, but i can't select any option, and no other button works, i think Triangle opens the backlog screen, but i can't do anything else i see both controllers in the game, but i can't get past the main menu...
