Did the game crashing issue ever get fixed?

I heard this game keeps crashing every couple of minutes so you have to save often? Did it ever get fixed by the developers or was this abandoned and not fixed?

I played it for a hour or so some time ago and I don't recall it crashing a single time, but perhaps i was just lucky, not saying you are lying. Also could this crash's be linked to certain hardware and OS configurations, could be something new with windows 11? I'm still on windows 10.
I do recall having a serious bug with one of the puzzles once, one where you have to rotate and align some small pillars to get a glass shard.

I had a few crashes so I make sure to save manually every couple of minutes. I am on Windows 11. I think at the start the crashes were pretty bad but later on I found it was getting less.
