Softlocked myself

I've managed to fall outside of the map between some rocks on the West side of the "Long walk" part.
I can see out of some wall to a part of the normal map but I can't cross it.
Is there a command to teleport me 2meters forward perhaps?
Or a temporary noclip?

Alternatively, I'd also be happy to just get a tp to the citadel where you end up when you pick up a new shape. That's probably a little less exploitable.
