Would it be possible to create an option to have no town consumption for all countries/modules (except Brazil and xmas2017 of course)? Additional refinements might include increasing town resource requirements. Perhaps no leaderboard posting. Limit the no consumption option to Logistical 1 modules/dlc....

Is the Game no longer developed? Remember seeing this a couple of years back... not much comments in discussion. Don't really see new modules in U.S., etc.
