EDIT: I've tried restarting steam a few times and looking on the store page and DLC pages too just incase but no luck unfortunately.
Currently it doesn't, judging by the packages visible on SteamDB:

Same for me, No DLCs, just news.

At least it isn't regionlocked so you don't need to to circumstance this nonsense. If you want a official reseller you can buy the uncensored version at gamesplanet uk or fr.
It was limited to a minimum: no name change, portraits were slightly edited instead of being replaced by silhouettes, ...
Too bad, i had some fun in my 40 minutes playing the game. Refund requested.
Besides, as explained above, the difference are minimal, and if you've played with the German version, I guess you haven't even noticed them.
One of them being Kurt Meyer's portraits having his SS collar runes replaced by Heer rank insignias. That's the kind of changes!
Then again, they do that in France too.
Stupid dubbing. Haven't these countries ever heard of subtitles?
But seriously though, everything related to the nazis is banned/censored in Germany. If you want to sell something, you better make sure it doesn't contain 'nazi propaganda'.
