what will be added before release ?
I know this is early access but I love the concept , didnt play a whole lot , but what I did really impressed me ,the forest looks fantastic and the atmosphere is very spooky and keeps you on edge. But the reason I didnt play that much yet ,because don't want to ruin the full experience , if say optimization or graphical improvements are on the way, or more things added to gameplay

so whats the roadmap on this one?

Well, a couple of things that are on the immediate roadmap is steam achievements, trading cards, etc, also collectibles in-game (will also be tied to achievements ;) ), and general improvements to the gameplay, graphics, and audio.
We've got a couple of ideas of gameplay-related patches, but we're not 100% sure if we'll add them just yet. We'll definately ask the community about these things though, to see if a feature we'd might add is interesting enough to add or not.

I believe according to legend you cannot kill a wendigo with guns or knives , but you could hurt them with a burning torch ..mabye this could be added to help ward it off , but only stays lit for a short amount of time , and only like maybe two uses.

thanks for fast response means a lot to see a dev reading the forums ...Oh and great game...so far really loving it !
