So I got softbanned forever ago and forgot about it until today. Is it like the other instances of FromSoft Brazil where you can still summon/be summoned but it's other people in the "omghacker" pool or is it just a complete shutdown on summons?

I once got Softban and was unable to find anyone. Did a request to get it remove and now I can easy find other people
