Unable to save problem Dark Souls

Hello, i have the unable to save problem with Dark Souls. I've allow windows 10 on the virus protection, but it doesn't work. What i'm doing wrong?

We need a bit more information
These are suggestions, they might not be required to be permanent

Are you using a 3rd party cloud save? Do not do that
Are you using Steam cloud? Do not do that, at least for DS:R
Turn off W10 virus protection
