Problem with DLC after kill Gwyn
If I killed Gwyn, there is no way I can roll back this? I thought I should kill him first, then play the DLC :D

you have to kill Gwyn later because you will start NG+ after killing him, so start the DLC

FYI Demon's Souls and Bloodborne also send you into ng+ after killing final boss.

The only way to rollback is if you backup your save before, always do that for that.

Well, technically the DLC is still there waiting for you.
It's behind the sign that says, NG+
