How to report bugs and cheaters

Salutations, Chosen Undead.

We have been watching and reading your feedback about bugs introduced in this remaster. Thank you all for pointing out these issues.

Today, we have a new form on our customer support site where you can report bugs in Dark Souls: Remastered directly. If you find bugs, please visit the customer support site[service-en.bandainamcoent.eu] and report them there for maximum visibility.

You may also report bugs in Spanish[service-es.bandainamcoent.eu], German[service-de.bandainamcoent.eu], Italian[service-it.bandainamcoent.eu], and French[service-fr.bandainamcoent.eu].

Our thanks to you for playing, and for your desire to improve Dark Souls. It is admirable, and we are grateful for your efforts.
