So, I am one of those PC gamers who likes to mess around in the options menu to get things the way I like them (sensitivity, mouse acceleration toggle, VSync, and framerate cap) I can understand the latter no being in. Just wondering if anyone has encountered the Big Blue Bully? I got the message that it had appeared and the music changed, but I died pretty soon after, so I have no idea what it actually happened. Given that I have a good few hours of play time in the game and that I wasn't particularly far into the run, I'm thinking that the spawn is either random, or has a very specific trigger that I achieved by accident.
