Any help on this one.

I have intentionally restarted 5 times on a few levels in an attempt to pop the achievement, but it hasn't done anything. I've tried doing it both by manually restarting and by putting myself in an unwinnable situation so that the game forces me to, and have completed the level after restarting many times in case that's a requirement, but I've still been unable to get the achievement to appear at all. Given that no other Steam user has successfully earnt it I'm guessing that it's not just on my end....

I recently bought this puzzle game, but cannot seem to get the xbox 360 (well, really its a wireless EasySMX) controller to work. The arrow keys seem to work ok. Anyone using a controller?

So, I restarted most levels after I finished them, to see if I could save steps.I did not use undo or retry during the level. I am now at level 27 and definitly finished more than 10 levels without any mistakes in the first go. How do I get this achievement?...
