Despite the fact that I skipped no cutscene the "Film critic" achievement didn't unlock. Is it bugged?

The rotating discs mini-game in shonhoffer's labs (or whatever the hell the name is) bugged out. It's the mini-game on the wall in the guard room. It doesn't unlock and give the disc even after solving it.

I cannot pick up the hourglass in one of the hidden object scenes?? Is it a bug or am I missing something ?
