I'm atm starving for immersive RPGs with character creation and cool companions etc. I tried to play PoE 1 a long while ago but couldn't get into it and kind of was bored as hell very quickly. The way the dialogues were written and the story was told couldn't grab me at all. (and I do play games liek Rogue Trader, it is not reading walls of texts that's a problem for me.) Why is that SO much of a pain in the ass? I'm over 50 hours in and slowly get the feeling that I run out of sidequests (I could be wrong though, I hope so at least) and I got like 4 companions at 2 reputation stuck since ages (one of them being my romance). In the beginning, specially Xoti, Edér and Serafen basically bombarded me with reputation but now, in the state of game I am at the moment, it is such a slow drag.
