Upon trying to get a perfect 5-star Merlot I organize a tasting with 4-star tasters. If tannins are on 6 they say "tannis were too high" but if tannins are on 5 they say "tannins are too low". Is this a bug? What tannins am I supposed to put my Merlot at?
