Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption

Its a great game but...
One thing I notice about this game, its very atmospheric, the sound is good, the music is fitting, the art is good, 3d graphics all good for their time. On the closeups I'm actually quite surprised by how detailed the faces are for their time. The one thing I think takes a little bit away from this though... The bottom menu screen is way to large and obstructs all of this hard work. I'm not saying its a huge problem as its part of the games original design but, just seems weird that I gotta have 2 big heads and lots of filler obstructing the rest of the screen and actually shrinking it.

Its just that the more details and nice graphics and effort you notice in this game, it just kinda sucks that so much of its obstructed. Just wondering is there any mods or anything that let you maybe make the bottom menu smaller. Maybe a redesigned more streamlined version of the bottom?

This is one reason why a remaster with new features would be worth buying. I really do like this game so far and the bottom of the screen isn't game breaking. Really its the fact that this games graphics and atmosphere are so good that the bottom kinda irks me.

Remaster is not happening - the game assets belong to Activision and the Lore/Setting/Story/Characters belong to Paradox. And given how "great" Bloodlines 2 is chugging along I don't think remasters or remakes are ever happening.

Its probably cause the sequel got popular enough that everyone forgot about the first game.

Nevermind you can just press F11 lol.

Actually the chars and world clans etc originally belonged to White Wolf (Paradox purchased WW in 2015). However the game itself was created by Nihilistic Software (Rebranded nStigate) and published by Activision (aquired by Microsoft 2014)

even though paradox has the content rights, I doubt highly that they would aquire or ask for source coding...

Its a pretty good port though on its own especially with the age of redemption mod. The only thing I can think of that would make this better is its own dedicated online server instead of having to use hamachi.

F11 closes the hub so I got no problems this games awesome and one of the most atmospheric rpgs I've played.
shoulda seen the multiplayer when this was new people made skins and different maps and stuff to go in and hang out. i have a ninja turtle and gambit with throwing cards of different affects like poison and stun and stuff. was really fun i wish my msn messenger carried my friends from msn over when it went into skpe thats where all my vtm friends was lol
