The patch is on the steam store website as DLC, no need to download it externally.

Sorry for the necro, but is there any way to get the patch outside of steam? My country requires an unnecessary complicated system for age verification, so steam just disabled all sexual 18+ stuff because it seens to be much more lenient for violence and it isn't making them enough money to bother with it at all

I cant read your comment. Your comment is the only one in the thread where it says something like "this comment has still to be veriefied by our automatic contentent check..." (something like that, the message is in my languaguage for me and not in english) :(

Let me try again, maybe it will work this way:

Copy/Paste the next part, remove the spaces and replace "DOT" with ".":
razzartvisual "DOT" com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/

It is the official Homepage of the developer, feel free to check beforehand.

Download "LR-NEW-Hpatch.zip" and install into your game directory.
