is anyone else having problems when alt tabbing out, and coming back, not being able to enter fullscreen?

as title says if i leave the game to use a browser like chrome,when i come back, taskbar still shows, and at the top, the name of game plus option to minimise and close application at top.

taskbar can be hidden but cannot get rid of bar at top, and pressing fullscreen from the bar at top wont exit full screen. sometimes happens randomly as well even when i dont switch to another application. only way i have found to fix is by closing and reopening game.

for danganronpa v3 i found you can use ALT + ENTER and that puts the game back into full screen from being in the weird mode that has borders, hopefully this should work in UDG too.
