In case this helps anyone coming along later: the game crashed on the Steam Deck for me *only* when resetting the day while attached (in the in-game sense) to the clock in the chapel where you start the game. This is your state during the tutorial (which you can't change), and may also be your state at a later point in the game. In my case, triggering a reset [of the day (in the in-game sense)] would cause the screen go blank after the animation of the watch counting back to 12 (or maybe right before...

Now, the game obviously has an autosave and when you quit, it's supposed to save and quit to main menu. But for whatever reason my game isn't actually saving correctly. My slot remains blank when I try to reload it and it only gives me an option to start a new game. Have tried verifying cache, reinstalling. Even moved from my HDD to an SSD. Not sure where to go from here. Win 10, latest update. Gtx 1080, latest drivers, not that I would think that matters....

The game launches with an Xbox control scheme, and there is no way to change it to mouse and keyboard in the options menu. Am I missing something? I don't have a controller installed on this PC, so it shouldn't auto-detect anything.

I saw that the game was steam deck verified earlier this year, but it does not want to work at all for me. In ten-ish attempts, I’ve only gotten through the tutorial once. Either the game stops loading between screens, leaving me on a blank white screen, or the game stops taking input and the only solution is restarting it. The time I got through the tutorial, the game didn’t save, leaving me back at the tutorial again. Any other steam deckers encountering issues?...
