No Full Screen? Not good. The graphics - look to be straight out of "Blitzkrieg 1", an issue I find with many games from Eastern Europe/Russia. Not always a bad thing, but in this case the visuals are far too dated, and the Battleships-style gameplay doesn't make up for that.
Might get it on sale in the future. Good luck SolarLance (why did you not use the Infinity engine?).
