Back in 2009 we had Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, where people look like trash... and we've had Homefront; the game with 2017 facial expressions, and game physics uncomparable to any other from the 2010s era.

In this game, America has been occupied by Korea... and you are Jacobs, a veteran plane driver in the US marines who, after being snatched from your home by the KPA you're dragged into the labor camps... Well, I can summarize whole shebang by literally just comparing this to what the US did to Iraq a decade back, except this time Jacobs is saved by the Resistance who lead the initiative against the Koreans in an all-out war.

As a regular Medal of Honor look-alike, Homefront has a huge array of weapons put at the disposal of the player... The campaign is quite diverse, it's only a short two hours long but it's enough to get the full FPS experience. The plight of these people is tangible, their suffering is well acted out and you kind of sympathize with them throughout the story. The game also offers a dead, ghastly Multiplayer mode that, after playing a couple of rounds with my friends I thought was quite diverse. You can drive planes, SUVs and take objectives and it's all very well thought out, but the game is quite old so obviously its multiplayer would be long dead by now.

All in all, Homefront is a whooping 8/10 game. Graphics are nice, campaign missions are diverse and level design is very well thought out, the voice acting is also quite amazing! Worth playing in 2024.

I used to play it with my friend 6 years ago. it have nothing special and it's a mid game but it made lot of fun moments for me
