Try right clicking on your desktop and selecting Display Settings. On the right side of the window, select graphics settings (it is at the bottom). Click Browse on the next screen and then add the game's .exe. It should then give you the option of which graphics card to use when running. Choose your actual graphics card (Let Windows Choose is usually the default option), and that should fix it.

Oh turns out my device graphic driver was incompatible to some settings so I update it (or change to previous version which can? i kinda forget). so now i can set it on nvidia control panel to use the Nvidia GPU
