There are no firing sounds for shotguns if you play in 3rd person via console command (thirdpersonshoulder is different from thirdperson as it seems to allow you to change between 1st and 3rd person without needing sv_cheats 1)
Everything else seems fine, just this specific bug.
While it could be fixed by community servers, it does risk adding latency.
