Is there a mod that removes the minigun's spinup?

Realistically, a minigun has no spinup at all. I know it's there for balancing, but the minigun sucks enough already.

Probably you can try to edit either one of these cvars:

z_minigun_spin_down_speed z_minigun_spin_up_speed
