Client Timed Out
so, a weak from now, ive been having this error, that basically does not let me play anything, no multiplayer, no singleplayer and ive tried a lot to fix it, veryfing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, verify the game files but nothing worked, any advice

hi! maybe you should try unsubscribe addons and try to deleting the client registry
Deleting the client registry
Exit Steam, then delete the clientregistry.blob file. Following this, relaunch Steam.
It’s noteworthy that not everyone has the clientregistry.blob file. If that’s the case for you, ignore this option.
