APP CRASH: wic error: pFactory is NULL

Ok. Before update i wasn't albe to open ANY file on russian version of Windows 7. I was like "k, i can wait, there was same problems with CB2, it will be fine". After update when i try to open any file i get "wic error: pFactory is NULL" message and app crashes. Pls fix it. I liked CB2, i was fine with waiting for updates, but man, it takes too long!...

I switched Camerabag under beta version 3_0_1_archive, since it didn't want to work after one update few years ago. It's been working completely without problems ever since.
