What is with the QB stats?
Am I doing something wrong here? QB ratings are very low, compared to both real life NFL and previous FOF games.

I'm talking league wide - not developing a QB. It's like it's imitating the 90s way of QB play.
you dont need a lot of stats to succeed. a qb with 75 long pass and 0 med/short/deep is better than a qb with all 50 long/med/short/deep. these stats will reflect the number off interceptions you will throw at that distance. so base your playbook off of what your qb can do. sense rush is also a very nice stat to obviously avoid sacks.

I've played previous FOF games before - I know how it works. I'm saying league wide, the QBR at the end of every season is way down.

There are the ratings for QBs in 2021

I just simulated a season in FOF8 - the highest rating was Tom Brady at 94.1, 3 others at 92, and the rest of the league 89 and below. There is something, at least doing fast sim, that is or not accurately simulating NFL play.

This game doesn't seem to be simulating a passing league - it's very 90s or early 00s. FOF7, while not perfect, seemed to be far more accurate in this regard.
So will this ever be adjusted?

This was adjusted, to what it is now. It's referred to as the (a GM who plays in Mutiplayer leagues) tzach patch. He figured out how to get insane numbers, so as a result, the game had to be dialed back a bit. Unfortunately the AI teams cannot ever get to this level, just Mulitplayer GM's can tweak things to get that out of the game.
