1 achievement need daily run but i think not working

I have 3 of them but i have no idea how to get the 4th. I already beat the game with all 3 characters on hard. I want to play as the traitor but i can't find the 4th, please help.

I play the game on Xbox, and when I play as either the shotgun panda or red panda and use the syringe room instead of giving me 1 more bar of temporary health it just replaces one of my health bars with temporary health. Is this intentional? It has made using either of these characters frustrating on some runs because it can replace ALL your red health, making it impossible to heal....

Hi, I tried to find an anwser to my question and found nothing. When I launch the game, I can't do daily run since the option is grayed out...Though maybe I had to come at a specific time of the day but I tried launching the game here and there and never had the option to do a daily run. Am I unlucky or is it a bug? Thank!...

I have bought the gold key in the upgrades menu for 750 orbs. At first I thought it was used on the doors locked with a key hole but the gold key didn't work. Do I need to unlock something first or it is a bug?
