Da Capo 3 R is an all-ages, romantic, moege with a touch of magic. While it does put an end to the Da Capo series as whole, the title is also perfectly enjoyable entirely on its own. The story of Da Capo 3 is essentially standalone to itself, with only a few minor minor tidbits or extra, post-game scenarios that reference the previous volumes in the series.
