Game doesn't start

Hello,
I've bought this game a few days ago, but when I want to play it, it always quits itself after a few seconds and I don't get any message that helps me to find the problem. I appreciate all help.

Same, ive done everything and i dont even think they have support for this game anymore. It just crashed every time but theres no reason for it to.

earlier comment from UltimateGamerGod, worked for me too.

,,I found this in another discussion;
This solution works for me: find your gale file "DisneyInfinity1.exe" and open the properties. On the compatibility tag, check the "Disable full screen optimizations" box and apply.
I did the same with DisneyInfinity2.exe,,
