Pirates not being able to progress
I have played this game many years ago on my xbox 360 so I decided to buy it and replay the game. My favorite mode was the pirates play set but it won't let me leave the cove. I buy the ship and use the helm exiting the dock but when it tells me to use the cannons I am stuck at the helm and can't pull up any menus or do anything unless I tab out of the game. Does anyone know a fix? I've already uninstalled and reinstalled, played 3 different campaigns all failing due to this glitch. What can I do?

same here i looked at youtube videos its supposed to give you instructions on how to steer the ship but i am not getting that so im unable to move

I ended up figuring it out from the previous discussions i searched on here. when you launch the game go to task manager and click properties the disney infinity. go to compatibility and check turn off full screen optimization. restart the game and it limits your fps to your refresh rate on your monitor. it will then work. i think since this is an old game the high fps bugs it out. i was hitting over 200 fps now i am limited to 144

I tried this but it didn't work, I even restarted my pc. Is there another setting that cancels this from working?

whats your fps? if its very high maybe theres another way to reduce it but this is the only way i know

how can i change my fps? mine is stuck on 240

Still doesnt work it only caps the intro when im in the game its 240 again
