For some reason, my game runs at 5 fps when the window is focused. When I click away to desktop/any other program it runs great.

I feel like I'm missing a startup setting or something. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Running a 3080 and 10900k so I don't think it's my specs. Possibly an issue with new drivers?

another one with i7 and a 1080 told also about 5 fps..i wonder why my is working fine on a i5 and a 1660 ti

just a shot in the dark but maybe it's a screen reader setting. screen readers affect whatever window is currently active. you don't even have to be using a screen reader, just have the option enabled... i don't really remember how to check / turn off / whatever.

might be antivirus too, so check that.
