stolen assets? (not sure)

Hey not too sure who has the rights to this or not but while playing a game called Hell girls i noticed that a game sprites kinda looks like the same fairy in the store banner for this game.

Thanks for letting me know, but it's legit. We used the same Unity Asset Store asset.
