You're supposed to puzzle it out yourself through context, using the frog's responses and the game's descriptions. Any unopened dialogue pop-ups from Titania might block the chat log.

Oh. I thought there was a hint or help somewhere to help decipher the text. I had to manage looking at a guide but i have no idea how i would have figured out the commands otherwise.
