Playing through the resist route, after defeating Nyarlathotep and the Trapezohedron, Eshe will run to the right of the screen into the spikes and die during the narration. There doesn't seem to be anything I can do to prevent her from running into the spikes. After she dies, I'll be brought back to just before the boss battle and have to do it all over again.

I've beaten the final boss twice and both times this has happened. Not sure what to do. Anyone else encounter this?

EDIT: Never mind, I figured out what it was. I was playing 2-player local coop, which seems to have caused the issue. Kicking the 2nd player out right before the final blow allowed the ending the play correctly.
