Idk if its a thing with framerate but i have played most of the game normally, and now im trying to unlock the watertower on central city, and for some reason when i try and swing on the rope it just doesnt work. There is the sound but i just dont do anything and it jumps on its own after a few sec. I left the game Turned it back on and once it worked, and just a min later back to bullcrap. I wonder if its something with my 15fps pc or something else?
