I finished tha game with the bad ending but boy my hair is gray now. I like a challenge but the atrocious laggy controls that often dont react at all make a lot of the game cheaply unfair.

So, it started out fun. I liked the graphics, music and i don't mind the rigid and hardcore gameplay as long as there are enough checkpoints. Then came the first platform phases, in the stage with the windmills. This really pissed me off when you have to jump between moving blocks. I just couldn't mentally compute where i'd land when jumping. Ended up reaching the end by pure chance. Then came chapter 4 where you have to jump on turtles while avoiding those pointy thingies. You really have to be precise....

I played the original when it was first released, and loved it. However, I had to give up on it, since the devs, in their effort to replicate the old arcade days, went too far, replicating the worst part of those days; restarting over and over... So, does this version feature any kind of saving, or level passwords, or anything where you don't have to continually start from scratch?
