When will the patch come to fix this bug?

Game won't recognize an Xbone controller. Trying to change the settings to play with a controller results in a completely blank keymapping screen, and trying to bind buttons to actions results in the game showing the prompts for numbered generic gamepad buttons instead of Xbox controller prompts. I could take the time to memorize the numbered prompts and learn that (2) is up on the D-Pad and (4) is the Y-button, but why the hell should I? What year is this? Were the achievements broken for a while or added in an update? It seems crazy that the highest percentage is a little over 10% when they're all easy and fun to figure out.

Last health not being added when picked up for Lumina, shows maxed in the load screen but not in game. Dying, reloading, or switching characters doesn't help. It's stuck at 14 and the health shrine can't be reactivated. Is this a known issue? Any workaround? Edit: I had a backup from slightly earlier and that one has Lumina at 15 health in the Load screen but 14 in game(before the last health shrine). Anyone have a clue on how to edit that save file to the correct health?...
