When i try to launch it, it gives me that error code, and says i don't have a license to use it.

Use Revo Uninstaller. Delete all the remaining VEGAS folder. Then use Registry Cleaner and clean it. Restart PC and try again. I passed that way.

i followed those instructions and it worked for me after i just reinstalled it on the administrator

Very frustrating when you buy a program but can´t use it... Hope customer support can help.

Now it works. I found this guide from steamforum and it solved the problem: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/523110/discussions/0/1290691937708866626/

1. Open Regedit : Run -> Regedit
2. navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > Sony Creative Software
3. Delete Sony Creative Software
4. Delete your local content of the software
5. verify integity of application files under local files in properties

My OS is Windows10 on laptop

Sam here i copletely un installed and then cleaned registry.... no go! it still gives me error: -95
i truly like this software, but this steam version is truly un usable!
