Is coop in the game?

Is coop in the game and also when you mean coop do you mean campaign or just 2 friends vs AI skirmish sort of thing?

Coop is in the game, and functions similar to the skirmish game mode. These is no coop campaign, but all of the campaign maps are available to play in coop and skirmish modes. I'll just note also that due to the 3rd party server hosting company we use, it is not possible to play multiplayer with people in a different server region (So if you're in the USA and your friends are in Australia for example, you wouldn't be able to play each other because you would each be seeing different servers).
