I can't get trading cards drop, is it only me or for everyone?

Level 1,2 & boss cost to much lifes with rockets, kamikaze you cant avoid all and you have only 15 lifes for 10 levels + 10 bosses, thats much to less. There should be a upgrade system for the damage/ shield/ extras power damage/ a small regeneration/ a small health generation or each 100 highscore points 1 life extra even over 15 lifes or a very easy game mode with 50 lifes or super easy with 100 or you can reset game & set highscore to 0 but get 15 lifes back and this extras should be permanently or a...

Beat the first boss on easy, normal and hardcore yet no achievement unlocked. Are the achievements supposed to be active at this time?

So far I cannot get past level 2 boss. Usually when I finish the regular level 2, I have already exhausted all my utility (lives, missiles, energy fields)
