Broken Tutorial

So I loaded into the game and hit start...I have a eyeball robot staring at me and a blank sign in front of me. no how to showing or audio playing. I looked up some videos to see that there is supposed to be audio telling you how to play. Not getting it at all when I loaded up. Restarted and redownloaded with no change.

I turned on the game today and was on the first level. the sign was half missing and hit the flag and just restarted back at level 1. Main game seems broken for me as of 8 hours or so ago. not sure if any change.

Unfortunately I played this game for the first time with no tutorial, and so did three other people that I introduced the game to. Since the controls are not obvious, figuring out how get things done was very frustrating. Now that the tutorial problem is fixed (?), how do I get to it?

Press the "reset progress" button next to the scoreboard, then start.

I can't seem to hear the tutorial either. It's not the sound, because I can here other in-game sounds. But not the tutorial, so I can't figure out how to jump...
