Accidentally skipping level?

Is there some hotkey to skip levels? I think I have accidentally triggered it multiple times and it is a little frustrating.

You're probably opening the menu and touching "forfeit". Guests frequently have the problem of touching menu buttons accidentally.

I think there should detect a more deliberate use. For example, make the buttons not reactive for 300 ms after opening the menu, and when not looking at them.
